These debentures are offered to the general public at a minimum of 100,000 Baht with an incremental of every 100,000 Baht to cover the demand from investors after the previous issue of the company debentures in June 2009 for which there was strong demand from investors. The debentures are unsubordinated and unsecured debentures with a debenture holder’s representative and issued in a registered certificate. TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. has ranked our debenture favourably at BBB+. The proceeds of this debenture issuance will be used to refinance existing debts, and as working capital to support the company’s existing and future
businesses.”
